Our goal at I Love Healthy Chocolate is to always exceed your expectations. We want to ensure the trust you place in us and that you are completely satisfied with your order from start to finish.
Order and Shipment Confirmation
Shortly after your order is processed, usually within 2 business days, you will receive an email from us confirming your order and method of shipment, either via USPS or UPS.
Order Changes
Due to our commitment to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to orders once they have been received by us. In most instances, orders are filled and shipped within 2 business days.
Shipments within Continental 48 United States
Shipments are made to continental 48 United States only. Shipments are not made to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, South America, Mexico or Caribbean.
Shipments are typically made via UPS and originate from Reno, Nevada. During warm weather periods (April 1-September 30) in some states, solid chocolate products (Nuggets, Omega Squares, X Power Squares, XoBiotic Squares and Variety Pack) are shipped with ice packs via 2nd Day Air due to the probability of melting during hot weather.
When ordering during warm weather periods (April 1-September 30), if your order includes Activ, Protein Bars, Cookies or Xe with solid chocolate products, you will receive two shipments. Solid chocolate will be shipped via 2nd Day Air, while other products will be shipped separately via ground service.
During warm weather periods, orders are usually processed and shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays only. By doing so, this assures that solid chocolate products are received by the weekend. No UPS deliveries on Saturday or Sunday.
During winter months (typically October-March), all products including solid chocolate products are shipped via ground service without ice packs and usually arrive within 4-5 business days.
No shipments to PO Boxes. Physical address required for perishable foods.
